2027 High Performance Program

Barrie Minor Baseball is seeking passionate, knowledgeable, and player-focused High Performance Baseball Coaches to lead the 13U to 18U age groups within our High Performance Program and grow our competitive program. This role carries primary responsibility for on-field leadership, player development, and team culture while aligning with our Association’s long-term athlete development model.
