Refunds will only be provided if a written request is received. Please submit your request for refund to Barrie Minor Baseball, to the attention of the Registrar at registrar@barriebaseball.com.

• Please allow approximately three weeks for processing from the time of your request.

• Refunds of amounts paid by cheque will be delayed until your cheque has cleared the bank.

• Administration, fundraising, and City of Barrie surcharge fees will not be refunded.

• All late fees applied are non-refundable.

• There will be a $30 fee charged for any NSF Cheques.

• House League requests on or before April 15th shall be granted a full refund of the registration fee, minus a $25 administration fee.

• House League requests made after April 15th, but on or before May 31st shall be granted 50% refund of the paid registration fee

• All Elite/Rep/Select initial payments and installments (once due) are non-refundable. 

• No refunds will be considered after May 31st
