2024 House League Player Registration Info

• Based on the allocation of fields from the City of Barrie, there is a possibility that a division's day might have to be adjusted therefore fields and nights of play cannot be confirmed until mid to late March. Any changes will be communicated to affected players.
• Most weekday start times will be 6:00 pm or 6:30 pm.
• For older divisions that require late games, the league will try to distribute them fairly during school months and in the summer.
• All registrations made on April 1st or later will have an additional $25 late fee applied. 
• Players requests & Coach Partner requests will be accepted until March 31st only.
• 18U house league teams will be scheduled by South Simcoe Minor Baseball Association (SSMBA). They play both home and away games against teams outside of Barrie (involves travel).
• ​4U Rally Cap & 5U T-Ball divisions are offered on both a weeknight and Sunday mornings. Choose your preferred game day during registration.

INSTALLMENT INFORMATION

• Full registration fee is due at time of registration. Payment Options

• Registration deposit of $205 is due at time of registration. Remaining balance will be split evenly between 2 installments. Payment Options
• 1st Installment due February 1, 2024
• 2nd Installment due March 1s, 2024

If choosing Installment Plan via e-transfer families must forward payment on or before the pre-set dates.

2024 Rep & Select Player Fee Information

• Registration and initial payment due no later than October 1, 2023.
• During registration the following Payment Options are available:
  • ​​Full Payment - Credit Card
  • Installment Plan - Credit Card
  • Full payment - Offline via e-transfer
  • Installment Plan - Offline via e-transfer
• Installment dates are December 1, 2023 and February 1, 2024. If choosing Credit Card the system will automatically charge the card on file on the pre-set dates.
• E-transfer available at payregistration@barriebaseball.com, please include the player's full name in the comments field. If choosing Installment Plan - Offline via e-transfer families must forward payment on or before the pre-set dates.
• Final Rep/Select Fees are determined in mid April and balances owing at that time are applied to your registration for final payment. This is determined by the player's individual team budget, which includes such items as tournaments, equipment purchases, apparel along with the amount of fundraising and sponsorship that is applied to their individual team.
• Initial payment paid along with fees due at the set installment dates are all non-refundable.

2024 High Performance Player Fee Information

• Registration and initial payment due no later than 7 days from player acceptance to the team.
• During registration the following Payment Options are available:

  • Full payment - Offline via e-transfer
  • Installment Plan - Offline via e-transfer
• Installment options available with e-transfer or credit card only. Installment dates made October 1, 2023, November 1, 2023, December 1, 2023, & January 1, 2024.
• E-transfer available at payregistration@barriebaseball.com, please include the player's full name in the comment field. If choosing Installment Plan - Offline via e-transfer families must forward payment on or before the pre-set dates.
• Payments by cash must be paid in full at the time of registration. Make arrangements with the Registrar for drop off.
• Final High Performance Team Fees are determined in mid April and balances owing at that time are applied to your registration for final payment. This is determined by the players individual teams budget, which includes such items as tournaments, equipment purchases, apparel along with the amount of fundraising and sponsorship that is required by that individual team.
• Initial installment fee paid along with fees due at the set installment dates are all non-refundable.
